Baptist Healthcare System Is Now Baptist Health
New Name. New Logo. Same Treat-You-Like-Family Care
What used to be Baptist Healthcare System is now Baptist Health. The same is true for all our hospitals throughout Kentucky. By uniting our hospitals with a common name, we are working to ensure everyone across the state understands that we are one family of doctors and hospitals.
But our hospitals share more than a name, they also share the same promise of delivering uncompromising care at every Baptist Health location. As a leading healthcare provider since 1924, Baptist Health is making these changes to help elevate care across Kentucky while preparing for the rapidly evolving nature of healthcare.
Baptist Health is made up of seven acute-care hospitals with more than 2,100 licensed beds across Kentucky:
- Baptist Health Corbin
- Baptist Health La Grange
- Baptist Health Lexington
- Baptist Health Louisville
- Baptist Health Madisonville
- Baptist Health Paducah
- Baptist Health Richmond
Baptist Health also manages Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown and Russell County Hospital in Russell Springs.
In addition to a new name, Baptist Health has also adopted a new logo. The new logo was inspired by nature and conveys a Baptist Health that is growing and nurturing the vision of a healthier Kentucky. The space between the four leaves forms a cross in recognition of our spiritual roots. The veins of the leaves create a starburst representing the vitality of a dynamic and innovative organization. And the colors were selected to reflect confidence, vibrancy and warmth.
We are excited for the future of healthcare and look forward to making our promise come true every day.
